Paslaugų teikimo sąlygos

Pilotinė (beta) paslauga

SaleSnail šiuo metu yra pilotinės stadijos produktas. Paslauga teikiama tokia, kokia yra („as is“) — be garantijų dėl nepertraukiamo veikimo ar tinkamumo konkrečiam tikslui. Galimi trikdžiai, funkcijų pokyčiai ir planiniai atnaujinimai.

Naudotojo atsakomybė

  • Prijungti galite tik tą Instagram paskyrą, kuri priklauso jums arba kurią turite teisę valdyti.
  • Į žinių bazę keliamas turinys turi būti teisėtas ir nepažeisti trečiųjų šalių teisių.
  • Privalote laikytis Meta platformos taisyklių (Instagram / Messenger platform terms).

AI atsakymai

AI generuojami atsakymai gali būti netikslūs ar neišsamūs. Verslo savininkas lieka atsakingas už komunikaciją su savo klientais — rekomenduojame peržiūrėti pokalbius ir įsikišti, kai to reikia.

Paslaugos limitai

Žinučių, agentų ir žinių bazės apimties limitai priklauso nuo jūsų pasirinkto plano. Viršijus limitus, paslauga gali būti laikinai apribota, kol limitai atsinaujins arba pakeisite planą.

Nutraukimas ir duomenų ištrynimas

Galite bet kada nutraukti naudojimąsi paslauga ir ištrinti savo paskyrą bei duomenis valdymo skydelyje (Nustatymai → Privatumas ir duomenys). Mes pasiliekame teisę sustabdyti paskyras, pažeidžiančias šias sąlygas. Daugiau apie duomenis — privatumo politikoje.

Terms of Service

Pilot (beta) service

SaleSnail is currently a pilot-stage product. The service is provided as-is, without warranties of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose. Expect occasional downtime, feature changes, and scheduled maintenance.

Your responsibilities

  • You may only connect an Instagram account that you own or are authorised to manage.
  • Content you upload to the knowledge base must be lawful and must not infringe third-party rights.
  • You must comply with Meta's platform terms (Instagram / Messenger platform terms).

AI-generated responses

AI-generated responses may be inaccurate or incomplete. The business owner remains responsible for communication with their customers — we recommend reviewing conversations and stepping in when needed.

Service limits

Limits on messages, agents, and knowledge base size depend on your plan. If you exceed them, the service may be temporarily restricted until limits reset or you upgrade.

Termination and data deletion

You can stop using the service and delete your account and data at any time from the dashboard (Settings → Privacy & Data). We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms. For details on data handling, see the privacy policy.
